Pressure Washing
We use industrial-grade pressure washers for all commercial work. If the job calls for it, we can turn the pressure washer up to 212°F to get grease and gunk out of concrete. Ultimately, the heat, pressure, tools, and cleaning agents used depend on the job.
We pressure wash both building siding and ground spaces. Concrete walkways, parking lots, and dumpster pads typically require the use of a surface cleaner to pass over every inch of ground space. Other surfaces may only require applying a cleaning agent and spraying down the area with a pressure wand. We clean concrete, stucco, vinyl, brick, metal, wood, and more. As a pressure washing company, we are ethically and legally obligated to capture and properly dispose of any runoff wash water. This process of ‘reclaiming’ keeps our local water ways free of harmful pollutants.
Window Cleaning
We clean windows up to three stories high. Some windows require the ‘traditional’ window cleaning method- soap, scrub, and squeegee. Other windows are best cleaned with a water-fed pole, which rinses with softened water as it scrubs.
When cleaning ‘traditionally’, we apply soapy water to the window, scrub it with an abrasive pad, reapply soap, squeegee the pane, wipe down the frame, and detail the glass with a microfiber towel. Some dirty windows require us to use a blade to scrape off debris. However, if a pane is made of tempered glass, or other delicate glass, we do not use abrasive or sharp tools.
Some windows are most effectively cleaned by our water-fed pole, which uses softened water. We use a reverse osmosis deionization filtration system to scrub and rinse windows spot-free.
Trash Porter Services
We offer nightly trash pick-up services. This includes collecting any refuse on the property, changing trash can liners, and cleaning dumpster pads. We typically provide this service after business hours, to not interfere with any business being done on the property. If requested, we provide nightly notes on a property for the piece of mind and convenience of our clients. Some commercial spaces need little trash management, others require a lot, but all require some.
